My Lord,
I beg leave to send you a copy of the letter sent to me by my friend Doctor Barton of Waterford, who kindly sent it to me, and as your Lordship may have a clue to Captain Thomas Sullivan who has taken charge of some property to make him render an account of the same to me; I stated in my letter to one of his affairs, and I.G. Willoby may know a good deal of his affairs, and where he used to make his lodgement of money in any of the Banks in Hong Kong.
